Too much snow? Ten plus inches of new snow at South Twin Lake as of Saturday morning. Rode first track all the way to ITS86! Over 14 inches in the Nahmakanta-Debsconeag area. Snow showers all day, sometimes whiteout conditions. Rode the Katahdin Loop, PP Connector, Pemadumcook Parkway to Whitehouse, Grant Brook Trail, ITS86 to Abol Bridge for great hamburgers, then along the river and back to the JoMary trail area. Just a super day for snowmobiling the Katahdin region. Passed the grooming crews on our way back to the landing. This storm will give perfect conditions all this week. May be the best riding all season!
